About the Role Holcim busca un Pasante Legal para apoyar al equipo legal en Quito Norte. El rol implica realizar trámites, apoyo al área de accionistas y archivo legal, con énfasis en el cumplimiento normativo y la gestión ante entidades públicas. What You'll Do
- Asistencia al Equipo Legal.
- Realización de trámites en Notarías, Registros de la Propiedad y/o Mercantiles, Municipios, Ministerios e instituciones públicas en general.
- Soporte al departamento de accionistas.
- Soporte en el archivo legal.
- Búsqueda y análisis de normativa vigente.
- Gestiones o seguimiento ante juzgados e instituciones públicas. What We're Looking For
- Estudiantes de Derecho, 3er año o 5to semestre en adelante o en su defecto egresado sin haber sustentado la tesis o tener definida fecha de titulación.
- Constancia de Estudios.
