Parts Development

About the Role Hyundai is seeking a Parts Development professional to lead and improve Supplier Quality Management within the supply chain. This role will develop procedures, tools, and processes to increase SQMS efficiency, while fostering strong supplier relationships and ensuring adherence to quality standards across internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and control procedures and tools to improve Supplier Quality Management System efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers for effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of supplier facilities and document findings.
• Support suppliers in implementing best practices and quality control processes.
• Monitor and enhance quality assurance processes throughout the supply chain.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality alignment.
• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality.
• Prepare and present reports on supplier performance and quality improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and promote a culture of quality among suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives for supplier quality improvement. What We're Looking For
• Experience in supplier quality management and audits aligned with quality standards.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams (Engineering,R&D, Quality, Production Planners) and external suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and quality improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in tracking and analyzing supplier KPIs and presenting reports.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and audit support capabilities.
