Join a well-established company in the heavy equipment sector, if you are dependable and service-oriented . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a solid understanding of replacement parts and inventory systems.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekend OT may be required)
Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay: $20hr+
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by following established sales and service standards.
- Identify the correct replacement parts through inspection of old parts, customer requests, or verbal descriptions of issues.
- Advise customers on available substitutions or necessary modifications when exact replacements are not in stock.
- Accurately enter and process parts orders using internal computer systems.
- Receive and fulfill parts orders placed by telephone.
- Fill internal parts requests submitted by the sales team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a parts counter, service, or sales role preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory/order entry software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
