Job Title: Parts Clerk - Production

Job Description The Parts Clerk oversees the parts room and distribution of parts within an assigned facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving of parts and process transactions in SAP
• Conduct cycle counts as directed and input results into system
• Ensure inventory accuracy
• Review, monitor and address inventory levels to minimize out of stocks
• Recommend minimum and maximum levels for the parts room
• Maintain clean and safe work area at all time

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

• 1+ years of Parts, Inventory, Warehouse or related experience preferred

• Basic proficiency with computer applications

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination

• Must have the ability to read information in small, medium and large print

• Must have the ability to regularly lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
