Job title: Parts Clerk MEM

About the Role Parts Clerk MEM role to join our team to manage orders and supplies for MEM equipment repairs and maintain inventory.

What You'll Do

• Coordinates with technicians to assure that supplies are on-hand for MEM equipment repairs.
• Disburses requested parts to the appropriate technicians.
• Maintains an inventory of parts received and disbursed.
• Reviews inventory to ensure supplies are recorded in the computer system and are reordered as needed.
• Inspects parts and supplies for good quality and condition.
• Creates purchase order numbers.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NC Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of basic vending and fountain equipment.
• Mechanical and some electrical skills.
• Good math and PC skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain company license to operate light vehicles and forklift certification.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Nice to Have

• SAP knowledge and inventory knowledge preferred.
