Who You Are

  • We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, confidently manage competing priorities and deliver solutions when customers need them most.
  • You'll build strong relationships, negotiate outcomes, support workshop operations and play a key role in keeping our customers moving.
  • You're proactive, commercially minded and enjoy building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • You're confident having challenging conversations, managing customer expectations, negotiating solutions and finding outcomes that work for both the customer and the business.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in automotive parts, customer service, retail automotive, logistics, or a related industry
  • A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Confidence influencing outcomes and handling difficult conversations professionally
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, technicians, suppliers and colleagues
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn, improve and develop your career

What You will do

  • Build strong relationships with customers, workshop teams and suppliers
  • Identify customer needs and provide expert parts advice and solutions
  • Manage enquiries, quotations and orders from start to finish
  • Negotiate and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Work closely with the Workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimise downtime
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure parts are stored and managed correctly
  • Process invoices, payments and associated documentation accurately
