About the Role Join HubSpot's HubSpot for Startups (HSFS) program as a Partnership Manager focused on supporting startup partners and delivering the program's benefits, including pricing, resources, events, and exclusive offers.
What You'll Do
- Respond to partnership inquiries and coordinate with the dedicated Business Partnership Manager to provide guidance on pricing, resources, events, logos, and co-branded materials.
- Ensure startups in the portfolio can access HubSpot's startup-friendly pricing, Startup Resource Library, and rotating HubSpot for Startups events and workshops.
- Manage communications for partner benefits via the monthly partner newsletter and help partners request exclusive education sessions.
- Support partners and their startups to be featured in HubSpot spotlight stories.
- Help promote the partnership benefits to communities and refer eligible applications to the program when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver programming (on-site masterclasses, virtual workshops) and maintain partner materials.
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in partnerships with incubators, accelerators, VC firms, or other startup-support organizations.
- Ability to promote partnership benefits and refer eligible applications; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams to deliver pricing, resources, events, and co-branded materials.
- Passion for helping startups grow and succeed.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating educational sessions or workshops.
- Familiarity with partner marketing materials and events.
- Knowledge of HubSpot for Startups or startup ecosystem networks.
