NetApp Japanese Partnership Technical Lead (PTL)

• PTLは、パートナーおよびディストリビューターとの技術協業を通じて新たなソリューションを創出し、市場展開、案件創出、人材育成を推進するポジションです

• 担当するパートナーおよびディストリビューターのNetApp担当チームや関連ステークホルダーと協業し、NetAppの技術と各社の強みを組み合わせたソリューションの企画・開発を推進する

• AI、データプラットフォーム、サイバーレジリエンス、クラウドなどの領域において、パートナーおよびディストリビューターが提供するソリューションへのNetApp技術の組み込みを支援し、共同検証や技術評価を推進する

• パートナーおよびディストリビューターの技術部門、営業部門ならびに社内関係者と連携し、共同ソリューションの市場展開および案件創出を推進する

• パートナーおよびディストリビューターと連携し、ソリューションの認知拡大および需要創出を目的としたイベントやセミナーを企画・実施する

• 新製品および新ソリューションについて、パートナーおよびディストリビューター向けの技術情報提供、勉強会、ワークショップ、ハンズオンなどを企画・実施し、市場投入を加速する

• 社内チームと連携し、パートナーおよびディストリビューターが効率的かつ継続的に提案活動を行える仕組みづくりを推進する

• 重点案件において、技術提案、デモンストレーション、検証環境構築、PoC支援を実施し、案件の推進を支援する

• パートナーSE向けの育成プログラム、技術コミュニティおよびイネーブルメント施策を企画・運営し、NetAppソリューションを自立的に提案できる技術者の育成を推進する

• パートナーおよびディストリビューターとの継続的な対話を通じて市場動向や技術トレンドを把握し、製品戦略やGo-to-Market施策の立案・実行に貢献する

• 営業、Solution Engineer、Solution Architect、プロダクト部門、およびグローバルチームと連携し、パートナーエコシステムの成長に貢献する

Job Requirements / 必要な条件

• ITベンダー、SIer、クラウドベンダー、ディストリビューター、またはソリューションプロバイダーにおけるプリセールス、ソリューションアーキテクト、または技術営業としての5年以上の実務経験

• ストレージ、サーバー、ネットワーク、仮想化基盤、クラウドサービスなど、ITインフラに関する知識および提案・設計・構築の経験

• 顧客またはパートナーの課題をヒアリングし、要件整理、ソリューション提案、技術説明を行った経験

• 技術セミナー、ワークショップ、勉強会、製品説明会などの企画または実施経験

• デモ環境構築、PoC実施、技術検証、評価レポート作成、またはそれに準ずる技術ドキュメント作成の経験

• 社内外の関係者や複数のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、共通の目標達成に向けてプロジェクトや案件を推進した経験

• 日本語による提案書、設計書、技術資料等の作成経験、およびビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

• 英語の技術文書や製品資料を理解し、業務で活用できること

• 市場環境や技術トレンドの変化を踏まえ、新しい知識や技術を継続的に習得し、業務へ活用した経験

• 望ましい応募条件/スキル

• パートナー向けのトレーニング、認定取得支援、技術コミュニティ運営、技術者育成、ナレッジ共有の推進経験

• データ管理、エンタープライズストレージ、バックアップ、サイバーレジリエンス、ハイブリッドクラウド、AI基盤に関する提案または設計経験

• 新しいソリューションやサービスの企画、共同開発、市場展開に携わった経験

• 不確実性の高い環境や新しい取り組みにおいて、課題を整理し、関係者と連携しながら前向きに解決策の検討・実行を推進した経験

• 英語による会議参加や海外イベントへの参加、またそれを活用して情報収集を行い業務へ活用した経験
