You will manage a portfolio of committed business partners: IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, and technology distributors. These partners sell, implement and support Factorial to their clients and grow each client's Factorial usage.

Your job is to make those partners technically capable and fully independent on the platform so they build a services economy on top of our product.

This is a B2B2B model. You do not manage end customers directly. You manage the people who manage end customers. That means your success is measured by what your partners achieve, not by what you do yourself.

Proven experience in partner management / channel enablement and building scalable partner programs.

Ability to influence and drive outcomes through partners in a B2B2B model without direct control of end customers.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of implementing process improvements and operational excellence in a tech environment.

Technical aptitude to enable partners on a software platform (e.g., Factorial) and translate product capabilities into partner-ready solutions.
