About this role

Job title: Partner Services Manager

About the Role We’re seeking a Partner Services Manager for our DACH Strategic Partnerships team. This role sits at the intersection of process engineering, product expertise, and partner enablement and requires ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. You will build playbooks, scale partner proficiency, and drive rigorous delivery and process efficiency to grow Factorial through a services-enabled ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of committed business partners: IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, and technology distributors who sell, implement and support Factorial to their clients and grow each client's Factorial usage.
  • Make partners technically capable and fully independent on the platform so they can build a services economy on top of our product.
  • Own the onboarding lifecycle and the technical enablement for our partner ecosystem; ensure autonomy, quality, and retention.
  • Partner Enablement & Autonomy Technical Onboarding: Design and deliver structured training and certification frameworks to get new Expert Partners up to speed.
  • Continuous Education: Build and execute advanced continuous training modules, masterclasses, and webinars to ensure existing partners achieve total technical autonomy.
  • Process Governance & Quality Tracking: Onboarding Methodology: Own, teach, and audit a structured, high-quality implementation process for all partner-managed clients.
  • Partner Services Strategy and Execution: Investigate, design and build systems that allow partners to offer and deliver services to Factorial customers.
  • Data-Driven Monitoring: Meticulously track delivery metrics, implementation data, and velocity to guarantee a premium onboarding experience for end-clients.
  • Adoption & Churn Management: Drive product adoption and activation to achieve business outcomes from the products and processes partners have access to.
  • Pipeline Auditing: Proactively monitor active partner setups during onboarding and activation windows to spot configuration risks early.
  • Zero-Churn, Zero-Downsell Goal: Implement structural fixes during implementation phases to ensure no client churns and downsells.
  • Strategic Infrastructure & Product Impact: Build scalable assets (tools, templates, and playbooks) to turn complex product workflows into repeatable training modules; act as the Ecosystem Voice translating partner feedback into the product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

  • Ownership. Radical process ownership; you identify gaps, design solutions, and own the enablement pipeline end-to-end.
  • Ecosystem Authority. You manage up, across, and externally by being the most prepared person in the room; coach partners and enforce quality standards.
  • Depth over surface. You diagnose knowledge gaps and blockers at root cause and teach partners to achieve independence.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical. You are comfortable with operational data, timelines, and KPI systems to prioritize interventions.
  • Builder DNA. You create training assets, playbooks, webinars, and tracking systems from scratch.
  • Native or near-native German and professional-level English.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS: implementation management, customer success, partner enablement, account management, or technical training delivery.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in HR technology, payroll, or workforce management systems.
  • Experience in indirect sales, channel, or partner enablement models.
  • Background in corporate training or webinar delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Alan private health insurance
  • High growth, multicultural and friendly environment
  • Wellhub (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes)
  • Save expenses with Cobee
  • Language classes
  • Breakfast in the office and organic fruit
  • Food discounts with Nora
  • Pet friendly
  • Much more that we'll spill during the interview process
