Company Overview

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With tens of millions of customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Job Overview

As part of the Office of the Accountant & Partner team, the Partner

Experience

  • Lead will shape the partner experience in Intuit’s unified Global Partner Program, which consolidates our legacy partner programs across Accountants, ISVs, VARs, Agencies, and Affiliates. This individual will serve as the connective tissue between partner needs and program design, translating partner insights and high-level ecosystem vision into a scalable, operational program that delivers clear value to partners and protects channel profitability for Intuit.

  • In this high-impact role, you will own the structural blueprint for the benefits, incentives and partner experience in our global partner programs. You will design, optimize, and assign the right mix of benefits, commercial incentives, performance-based rewards, and partner recognition frameworks tailored uniquely across tiers and by segment. Rather than operating in a silo, you will act as the cross-functional orchestrator, conducting systematic market research to keep our design centered around actual partner needs, partnering with program segment leaders and internal business units to co-own shared success metrics, and leveraging AI to automate program workflows and improve partner insights.

Responsibilities

  • Research-Backed Program Architecture & Tier Optimization

  • Continuous Market Research: Lead systematic market research initiatives—including quantitative partner surveys, competitive benchmarking studies, and qualitative focus groups, to deeply understand the business models, motivators, and challenges unique to Accountants, ISVs, VARs, Agencies, and Affiliates.

  • Data-Driven Program Design: Synthesize research insights and market trends into clear, actionable design requirements, ensuring that all tier benefits, rewards, and workflows are explicitly centered around actual partner needs rather than internal assumptions.

  • Segmented Program Design: Design and assign the right mix of benefits, commercial incentives, performance-based rewards, and partner recognition frameworks across tiers, customized by ecosystem segment.

  • Tier Management & Velocity: Define and govern the progression criteria, entry requirements, tier attainment, and tier velocity (the speed at which partners advance) to maximize partner lifetime value.

  • Cross-Functional & Cross-Segment Planning, Orchestration & Co-Owned Metrics

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the central operational hub connecting our partner segments to the internal business units that deliver the partner experience, aligning everyone around co-owned performance indicators:

  • Support & Services: Partner to secure dedicated support and priority routing for elite tiers, co-owning metrics like Partner Satisfaction (PSAT) scores.

  • Education & Enablement: Align on technical certifications, training, and badging pathways, co-owning Certification Adoption and technical readiness metrics.

  • GTM & Marketing: Collaborate on co-marketing budgets, lead-generation funds (MDF), and joint field campaigns to accelerate sourced and influenced pipeline.

  • Commercials, Finance, & Partner Comp: Work hand-in-hand with the Partner Compensation and Finance teams to model, deploy, and govern financial incentives.

  • Financial Governance & Channel Profitability

  • Margin Protection: Safeguard company margins and protect channel health by ensuring that custom rebates, volume-based discounts, and stackable incentives do not lead to margin erosion.

  • Rebate Strategy: Design data-driven rebate structures and promotional campaigns with clear guardrails, ensuring they drive net-new behavior without compromising overall profitability by tier.

  • Corporate Metric Alignment: Ensure the partner programmatic strategy directly moves the needle on critical corporate SaaS metrics, including Gross Margin, Net Retention Rate (NRR), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Payback periods.

  • AI-Forward Operations & Scale

  • AI & Automation Integration: Proactively identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate program operations, predict tier advancement, personalize partner portals, and scale partner enablement at lower costs.

  • Operational Excellence: Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, predictive analytics models, and automated tracking tools.

  • Predictive Reporting: Deliver data-driven, forward-looking reporting on ecosystem health, financial compliance, and program ROI to the Head of Partner Ecosystem & Strategy and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years specifically focused on designing, launching, or transforming tiered SaaS partner programs, alliances, or channel ecosystems.
  • Multi-Segment Mastery: Direct experience building program frameworks that address diverse partner personas (e.g., Accountants, ISVs, VARs, Agencies, and Affiliates).
  • Research & Synthesis

Skills

  • Proven experience conducting partner market research or competitive analysis, with a demonstrated ability to translate raw qualitative and quantitative data into strategic program designs.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: Hands-on experience applying AI tools and automation workflows to streamline partner program operations, reduce manual administration, and surface insights on partner performance and tier progression.
  • Matrix Influence: Exceptional ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional leaders (Support, Finance, Product, Enablement) to align on and execute shared metrics without direct positional authority.
  • SaaS Financial Literacy: Strong business acumen regarding SaaS metrics; ability to balance lucrative partner incentives against company targets like Gross Margin, NRR, and CAC Payback.
  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced background in data analysis, financial modeling, and analyzing channel health (e.g., evaluating tier velocity and rebate utilization rates).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial

Experience

  • Start-up founder experience preferred.
