Partner Enablement Manager (Agentic Services)

About the Role This role helps CRM partners price, package, and deliver agentic AI services on top of monday CRM. You’ll work with partners and internal teams to move from concept to live delivery; success is measured by live partner offerings and customer adoption. What You'll Do

• Design, price, package repeatable, billable AI and agentic service offerings for CRM partners.
• Serve as a technical advisor to partners building and delivering agentic systems from concept through live delivery.
• Run workshops with agency principals to align service models with monday's AI capabilities.
• Review and refine partner build proposals to ensure agentic workflows are technically sound and deliverable.
• Collaborate with internal Project Management and Professional Services teams to support early-stage implementations and drive customer success.
• Build playbooks and delivery materials to standardize agentic services across the partner ecosystem. What We're Looking For
• Deep understanding of the sales and marketing agency model: pricing, packaging, selling professional services.
• Strong conceptual grasp of agentic systems and AI workflows; ability to architect solutions and guide delivery even without writing code.
• Demonstrated experience helping partners or clients build billable practices around new or emerging technologies.
• Not necessarily an engineer, but ability to guide partners through building agentic systems.
• Experience with enablement sessions, proposals reviews, and co-delivery. Nice to Have
• Experience working with CRM platforms and AI services; familiarity with monday.com or partner ecosystems is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
• NYC base salary: $202,000-$250,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and/or equity per company plans.
