About this role
Partner Enablement Leader
The Partner Enablement Leader builds, from zero, the function that equips our partners to sell, deliver and support our products as well as our own teams do. Partners include resellers, channel and distribution, alliances, referral and implementation partners.
This is a leader-of-leaders role and a true 0-to-1 build. There is no existing playbook, team or operating model to inherit. You will define the strategy, hire the managers and enablers who execute it, and scale the function globally.
You will work across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Finance, each with its own priorities. The role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement.

Define the partner enablement vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned to partner revenue and go-to-market goals.
-
Segment partners by type, tier and maturity, and design differentiated enablement journeys for each.

Hire, build and scale the team
-
Recruit, onboard and develop a team of managers and enablement professionals across regions, many of whom will lead their own teams as the function grows.
-

-
Scale across geographies and languages, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
-
Lead complex stakeholder management
-
Partner with the leaders of Sales, Channel and Alliances, Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Legal to align on priorities and resolve conflicts.
-
Earn buy-in and secure funding and headcount in an environment where enablement for partners competes with other investments.
-
Engage directly with strategic partners and their leadership to understand readiness gaps and shape programs.
-
Communicate progress, results and trade-offs clearly to senior leaders.
-
Drive an AI-forward enablement model
-
Use AI to personalize learning paths, generate and localize content, coach partner sellers, and answer partner questions at scale.
-
Build AI-enabled workflows that raise team productivity, such as faster content creation, intelligent search and automated readiness tracking.
-
Evaluate new AI tools with a clear view of value, risk, data privacy and adoption, and set standards for responsible use.
-
Make your team fluent in AI, and model that fluency in how you work.
-
Measure and prove impact
-
Define metrics that link enablement to partner outcomes: time to first deal, certified-partner revenue, win rates, pipeline contribution, attach and retention.
-
Run a regular business review with leadership, and adjust programs based on what the data shows.
-
First 12 months
-
In the first year, you will go from a blank page to a functioning, measured partner enablement program with a core team in place.
-
Days 1 to 30: launch and hire. Ship the first onboarding and certification program for the highest-priority partner segment. Hire the first managers and key enablers. Establish baseline metrics.
-
