About this role
About the Role Cyera seeks a Partner Enablement Architect to design, deliver, and evolve world-class enablement programs across our 360 degree partner ecosystem. This practitioner role focuses on creating high-quality courseware and delivering instructor-led sessions, from 1-hour deep-dives to multi-day bootcamps. You’ll partner with leadership and GTM Enablement teams to keep training current with product releases and go-to-market shifts, serving as the subject-matter custodian for the partner training library.
What You'll Do
- Curriculum & Content Development: design and develop scalable, modular enablement curricula for resellers, GSIs, and technology alliances; build and maintain instructor-led training (ILT) courses in multiple formats; own the courseware lifecycle and ensure materials stay accurate and market-relevant; translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences.
- Instructor-Led Training Delivery: deliver engaging ILT sessions across formats (1-hour deep-dives, full-day workshops, multi-day bootcamps); train in-person at partner sites and Cyera offices, and virtually; adapt delivery to audience and drive practical outcomes; gather real-time feedback for content improvement.
- Program & Stakeholder Management: collaborate with Head of Partner Enablement, Channel Leadership, Product Marketing, and Strategic Alliances to align training with priorities; manage the Partner Resource Library, LMS, and Partner Portal; track program effectiveness and iterate designs; coordinate timelines, approvals, and content refresh cycles.
- Travel & Collaboration: support in-person delivery across partner locations and events as needed; work with cross-functional teams to advance global partner success.
