About the Role As a Part Time Teller, you are a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in KeyBank communities. You provide excellent in-person client service, welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, accurate in-person client service at the branch by welcoming customers and assisting with their account transactions and servicing needs.
- Identify and resolve client servicing issues through conversations with clients.
- Communicate clearly and build trust as a partner to our communities while supporting branch operations. What We're Looking For
- Flexibility to be scheduled during any branch days/hours and availability for part-time — roughly 30 hours per week.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle routine transactions accurately and professionally.
