About the Role The Part-Time Teller is a frontline member of the KeyBank branch team who delivers excellent in-person client service. You will help customers with everyday banking transactions and servicing needs while acting as a trusted advisor to individuals and small businesses in our communities. What You'll Do
- Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch and warmly welcome both new and existing clients.
- Assist clients with account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues.
- Be a problem solver and partner to the people and businesses in KeyBank communities. What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to assist clients with account transactions and resolve servicing issues.
- Flexibility to be scheduled during any branch days/hours; part-time availability (approximately 20 hours per week).
