About the Role A Part-Time Teller at KeyBank provides in-person client service and handles basic banking transactions while helping clients move toward financial wellness through conversations that guide them to a banker when deeper guidance is needed. This role supports a strong client experience culture and operates in an in-branch setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting with account transactions and servicing needs
- Identify and resolve client servicing issues
- Listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations
- Maintain efficient, accurate teller functions in a branch setting
What We're Looking For
- Part-time availability of 20 hours per week
- Flexibility to be scheduled during any branch days/hours
- Strong client service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work in-person in a branch and collaborate with teammates
