Part-Time Systems Coordinator - Hershey's Chocolate World
Summary of Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Point of Sale systems (software, hardware, credit cards, network) as directed.
- Provide PC, hardware, and user support for retail, food, and attraction operations.
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor service, follow up, and manage ServiceNow tickets.
- Inspect IT issues on Retail Floor & Attractions daily and at shift start.
- Update documentation regularly for accuracy.
- Maintain and organize Network Closets & IT spaces, including cabling, labeling, and inventory.
