Job title: Part-Time Supervisor
About the Role Part-Time Supervisor at Eastview Mall (JCPenney) in Victor, NY. You will support the store management team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and help run daily store operations while mentoring associates.
What You'll Do
- Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Be a role model for customer experience and supervise on-shift activities in the Store Manager's absence.
- Maintain store standards for merchandising and operations; ensure a visually appealing environment.
- Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and support supervisor functions as needed.
- Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive growth.
- Create a positive, professional work environment and model company values.
- Maintain flexibility with hours including evenings and weekends.
What We're Looking For
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel environment (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- May require occasional travel to other store locations.
- Physical ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
- Competitive spirit, strong teamwork, sense of urgency, adaptability, and self-motivation.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-volume apparel retail (preferred).

- Pay range: USD 18.50/hour – 25.50/hour.
