About the Role Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. You’ll manage inventory and help ensure the store is always ready for customers, playing a key role in keeping operations flowing. What You'll Do
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
- Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
- Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
- Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or service industry
- Deep interest in fashion
- Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
- Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (16 kg) during busy floor days Compensation & Benefits
