What You'll Do
- Provide direct and indirect patient care to inmates in a correctional setting
- Assess health needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and document care
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in alignment with departmental and facility policies
- Collaborate with health care professionals and security staff to ensure safe, effective care
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license (New Jersey)
- Ability to work in a correctional health care setting; strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in ambulatory care preferred; other healthcare experience considered
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
