About the job
Access Plus Health provides medical directorship, NP/PA supervision, and compliance infrastructure in all 50 states. We were founded and are led by a Harvard-trained, board-certified dermatologist. We have paying clients and live enterprise deals. Paid acquisition is restarting alongside this hire to add inbound volume, and a channel-partner program is launching. We need a closer.
The role
Full-cycle. Our AI-assisted coordinator qualifies inbound leads and books them for you. You also run your own outbound to medspa owners and NP/PA practices, using Apollo-built, AI-personalized lists we provide, and you work channel-partner-sourced deals. 15 to 20 hours a week, remote, 1099 independent contractor.
Compensation
$2,000 to $3,000 a month retainer, plus 12% of first-year contract value on every close. In any month with 3 or more closes, every deal that month pays 15%, not just the third onward. Average first-year contract value is $21,000 to $25,000, and commission is uncapped. At 2 to 3 closes a month, that’s roughly $8,000 to $11,000 a month on part-time hours.
90-day paid pilot
Day 30: 20 discovery calls (10 booked for you from inbound and referrals, 10 self-sourced)
Day 60: first close.
Day 90: a run-rate of 2 closes a month.
We review weekly against actual lead volume.
Fit
You’ve sold to medspa, aesthetics, or healthcare SMB owners. That could be injectables (Allergan, Galderma, Merz), devices (InMode, Cutera, Candela), medspa software (Boulevard, Zenoti, Moxie), compliance or credentialing, or healthcare staffing. Consultative sellers only.
