About the Role The Part-Time Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and focuses on driving sales while delivering a great in-store experience. You'll bring energy, style, and a customer-first attitude to keep shoppers coming back. What You'll Do
- Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
- Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
- Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
- Support daily operations like restocking and back-store tasks
- Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or service industry
- Deep interest in fashion
- Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
- Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
