About the Role Dr. Martens Retail Sales Associate in Santa Anita/Arcadia is the face of the brand, delivering product knowledge and exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals. You will thrive in a team-selling environment and support the brand’s footprint in the Americas region. What You'll Do
- Sell Dr. Martens footwear, apparel, and accessories; achieve personal sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets as set by the Store Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting store customers, offering product and brand knowledge, and helping to maximize sell-through.
- Process sales transactions accurately and promptly, meeting cash register systems requirements.
- Organize and maintain merchandise to meet Brand Marketing guidelines. What We're Looking For
