About the Role Part-Time Sales Associate at Michael Kors in Potomac Mills is responsible for delivering elevated customer experience and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build lasting client relationships and support store operations with a growth mindset.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, and high traffic days

Compensation & Benefits
