About the Role As a Retail Part Time Sales Associate at Dr. Martens Baybrook, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering product knowledge and exceptional service while helping the team hit sales goals. This onsite role supports the brand’s footprint in the Americas and thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environment. What You'll Do
- Sell Dr. Martens brand footwear, apparel, and accessories and help achieve personal sales and KPI targets set by the Store Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: greet customers, share product knowledge, and optimize sell-through.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Organize and maintain merchandise according to Brand Marketing guidelines; replenish stock from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Clean and maintain store front, stock room, and employee areas. What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion apparel.
- Experience contributing to business goals and KPI targets in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; multilingual a plus.
- Basic math skills (percentages, making change).
- Proficient in MS Office, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and inventory systems; MPOS experience a plus.
- Ability to use initiative, be detail-oriented, and punctual.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry shoe boxes while climbing stairs/ladder.
