About the Role Join Dr. Martens as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at our Woodfield store in Schaumburg. You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering product knowledge, excellent customer service, and helping the team reach sales goals in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. What You'll Do
- Sell Dr. Martens footwear, apparel, and accessories and hit personal sales and KPI targets set by the Store Manager.
- Greet customers, provide product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service to maximize sell-through.
- Process sales transactions accurately; manage cash register requirements.
- Maintain and organize merchandise per Brand guidelines; replenish stock from stockroom to floor.
- Keep store front, stock room, and employee areas clean. What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Experience contributing to business goals and KPIs in a team retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills; ability to work in a team.
- Multilingual a plus.
- Basic math skills, including percentages and making change.
- Proficiency with MS Office, retail/register systems, and inventory systems; MPOS experience a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to use initiative.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual. Nice to Have
