About the Role Western National Parks (WNP) is seeking a Part-Time Retail Park Store Associate to support daily retail operations at Carlsbad Caverns National Park in Carlsbad, NM. This role helps deliver an engaging park store experience and supports education, research, and park projects through park store revenue. What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day retail store operations at Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
- Provide excellent visitor and customer service.
- Complete sales transactions.
- Assist retail manager(s) with inventory, receiving, stocking, cleaning, organizing and merchandising.
- Maintain clean and effective merchandising of products and become an expert in the educational value of store products, communicating significance to visitors.
- Assist with special events, after normal business hours and on weekends.
