About the role
A boutique London law firm that specialises in shareholder agreements and disputes is looking for a precise, discreet Virtual Assistant to support its principal solicitor. What you’ll do

Use AI tools and Lexis to write a weekly case summary for the website, and fact-check every date, citation and case name before submitting it
-
Turn published case pages into a monthly newsletter in Brevo, and manage contacts and automations there
-
Publish content in WordPress with the correct formatting, Canva Pro images and SEO fields
-
Maintain the WordPress site: updates, backups, broken links and security
-
Run monthly SEO checks and send short reports with recommendations
-
Log in to Clio once a week for inbox management
-
Monitor LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and suggest video ideas
