About the Role We are looking for a part-time People Services Advisor with German and English to join our team in Brno. We also have a full-time option of engagement. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 6 months to a year of experience. As People Services Advisor you will deliver transactional and specialist HR services to our employees. You are customer-focused and will have a full understanding of how the services operate across teams. You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working virtually within the team, using digital tools to connect, engage and collaborate with employees. You operate with the ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity and creativity to service our people as needs and situations change. What You'll Do
- Provide employees, managers and HR Business Partners with exceptional standards of customer services across a wide range of HR activities and processes.
- Ensure standardized HR processes are effectively implemented, accurate, and services are delivered in a consistent way within agreed timelines (using standard work procedures, prioritizing to achieve agreed SLAs, supporting with accuracy checks).
- Perform data entry across a range of HR systems, being responsible for the integrity of employee master data and ensuring compliance (including GDPR requirements).
- Maintain data privacy, confidentiality, and secure data management; manage employee files and related HR documentation; updates to internal tools and databases; respond digitally to a wide variety of employee queries.
- Respond to external HR queries including reference requests.
- Collaborate with specialist teams (e.g. payroll, COEs, business facing HR, finance, legal, tech) to deliver KPIs and high-quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations.
- Build knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this to ensure processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements including data protection legislation at all times.
- Monitor the completion of queries, and continually review policy, processes, data quality, and system issues; work closely with the Team Lead to improve services against Service Level Agreements; review performance regularly. What We're Looking For
- German and English language proficiency
- Good computer skills (MS Office, particularly Excel, Word; Outlook)
- High school education required; bachelor’s degree desirable (ideally administration, business, HR or languages)
- Experience with Workday systems and ticketing tools as an advantage
- Adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations, ability to prioritize
- Good customer service skills
- Analytical skills, attention to detail
- Experience with data administration and in customer service; continuous improvement mindset as an advantage Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Workday experience and familiarity with ticketing tools
