About The Opportunity
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking an Optometrist (OD) to provide care across multiple locations throughout Arizona.
This is a field-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical care team, delivering essential vision services directly to patients in a consistent, well-supported environment serving senior populations.

The Setting
This opportunity operates across established long-term care and skilled nursing environments.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.
What You’ll Do
- • Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment recommendations• Work alongside facility staff to coordinate patient care• Deliver consistent, high-quality care across assigned locations

Qualifications
- • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program• Active Arizona optometry license• Experience with geriatric populations preferred• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills• Comfortable working in a mobile, multi-location setting
Schedule
- 2–4 days per month, Tuesday through Friday availability preferred • Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM• No nights• No weekends**• No billing or administrative responsibilities
