About the Role A part-time onsite role at The UPS Store in Carrollton, TX. You will deliver service, advise customers, and operate equipment to support daily store operations. What You'll Do
- Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with their needs.
- Advise customers on products and services offered by The UPS Store.
- Operate store equipment including POS devices, copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and laminating machines.
- Assist with packing and cross-selling related services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean, organized workspace. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Packing and cross-selling skills.
