Job title: Part-Time Merchandiser-Retail Stocker (Wednesday - Saturday)
About the Role The Part-Time Merchandiser-Retail Stocker position supports stocking, rotating, and displaying Pepsi products in assigned accounts. You will stock shelves and coolers, rotate product, set up displays, and move merchandise from storage to the sales floor. The role helps keep backroom stock organized and equipment ready for store operations.
What You'll Do
- Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by a supervisor.
- Maintains backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
- Communicates issues to supervisor and co-workers.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred; Retail industry experience preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly-changing environment.
- Customer service skills required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and without direct supervision.
- Valid driver’s license; must meet PBV driving qualifications.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.
