Job title: Part Time Merchandiser
About the Role Part Time Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising activities for PepsiCo and allied beverages across assigned accounts. The role focuses on stocking shelves and displays, rotating inventory, and maintaining organized backroom and sales floor areas. This is a part-time, onsite role in Winston-Salem, NC.
What You'll Do
- Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays across assigned accounts with Pepsi and allied products.
- Maintain backroom inventory in a clean, organized condition.
- Communicate issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Retail industry work experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrates reliable and consistent work habits.
- Must meet PBV driving guidelines and driving record acceptable per PBV Driving Policy.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
