Key responsibilities include:

  • Review medical histories and collect participant information to support study screening and enrollment activities.
  • Facilitate and witness the informed consent process, ensuring participants understand study requirements and procedures.
  • Perform protocol-required clinical procedures, including vital signs collection, height, weight, BMI measurements, specimen collection, and phlebotomy.
  • Accurately document participant data and maintain study records in accordance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Explain study procedures and schedules to participants while addressing questions and supporting a positive research experience.
  • Assist clinical teams during dosing days, including participant preparation, monitoring, and study-related procedures.
  • Support participant safety through observation, communication, and escalation of concerns when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and study teams to ensure protocol compliance and efficient study execution.
  • Participate in evening and overnight clinical operations as required.

Your Profile:

You will bring a passion for patient care and clinical research, along with the following qualifications and skills:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with research participants and study staff.
  • Ability to accurately collect, document, and review participant information and clinical data.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work evening and overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, biology, or science-related field.
