About the Role Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and provides nursing care for residents and supports supervisory duties for clinical staff at MediLodge of Rogers City. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative, resident-centered environment on a part-time basis. What You'll Do
- Document residents’ condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders
- Assign nursing care to team members according to residents’ needs and qualifications
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate junior staff members and CNAs
- Administer medications and perform treatments; document care provided
- Coordinate care and communicate with residents and families
- Support flexible scheduling and teamwork within the care team What We're Looking For
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
- Licenses/Certification: Valid LPN/LVN license in Michigan; CPR certification
- Experience: One year nursing experience preferred
- Skills: Documentation, medication administration, supervising staff, and strong communication with residents and families Nice to Have
- Experience supervising CNAs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced long-term care setting Compensation & Benefits
