What You'll Do
- Schedule, assign, and approve student work as part of the Labor Program
- Develop students' workplace acumen and provide tangible work experience
- Collaborate with staff and faculty to uphold The Dignity of Labor and Berea's Great Commitments

- Familiarity with labor supervision and student labor programs
- Commitment to inclusive and respectful collaboration across diverse beliefs and backgrounds (as described by Berea's inclusive Christian tradition)
- Ability to support and supervise student workers in a part-time capacity
