Job title: Part-Time HR Advisor

About the Role As a part-time HR Advisor based at our Cambridge site, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters, providing proactive, professional support to managers and employees. This role sits within the UK and Global HR teams to deliver key people initiatives and business priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with people managers, providing coaching, guidance and practical HR support to ensure policy application and a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide expert advice on employment law and employee relations; support managers to make informed, consistent people decisions.
  • Analyse and interpret people data, including employee engagement results, to identify trends and opportunities; work with HR Business Partners on meaningful initiatives.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle including attraction, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the wider UK and Global HR team to deliver key initiatives and ensure consistency across the organisation.
  • This is a part-time role, 25 hours per week, with flexible working pattern to support business needs and work-life balance.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law; confident providing practical, commercially focused HR advice.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, managing a broad range of people matters across the employee lifecycle.
  • Ability to build credible relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels with sound judgement; know when to escalate.
  • Professionalism, integrity and discretion; modeling Domino's values and Bold behaviours.
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment (desirable).
  • Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or is currently working towards it, or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year (FTE); pro rata for 25 hours/week.
