Job title: Part-Time Faculty - Statistics
About the Role The College of Business & Economics seeks qualified adjunct faculty to teach online graduate courses in Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods, or related areas. Courses run online with interactive one-hour virtual class sessions on Monday or Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. ET, and adjunct faculty participate in a monthly one-hour virtual faculty meeting on Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. ET. Faculty are also expected to integrate Christian biblical values into discussions to support reflection, ethical decision-making, and applied leadership.
What You'll Do
- Teach assigned graduate courses online, facilitating meaningful student engagement
- Provide timely feedback and assess student learning
- Maintain regular communication with students and align delivery with program learning outcomes
- Support the mission of the College of Business & Economics and contribute to program alignment, student success, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- A graduate credential in organizational behavior, organizational change, management, leadership, or a closely related field, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline
- Relevant professional experience in leadership, management, organizational development, consulting, human resources, or change management
- Ability and willingness to integrate Christian values into course discussions
- Strong academic preparation, commitment to applied learning, and engaging graduate students
- Online teaching experience preferred; prior graduate teaching experience also preferred (especially online formats)
Nice to Have
- Ph.D. or terminal degree in organizational behavior, organizational leadership, management, organizational development, or related field
- Prior graduate teaching experience, online formats (preferred)
