Part-Time Faculty - Organizational Leadership

About this role

About the Role Anderson University's College of Business & Economics seeks qualified adjunct faculty to teach graduate-level courses in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Change, and related leadership or management areas. Courses are delivered online with interactive one-hour virtual class sessions on Monday or Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, as assigned. Adjuncts are also expected to integrate Christian biblical values into course discussions to support thoughtful reflection, ethical decision-making, and applied leadership in professional contexts. In addition, adjuncts participate in a monthly one-hour virtual faculty meeting on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. ET to support program alignment, student success, assessment, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Teach assigned graduate courses online in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Change, and related topics; facilitate meaningful student engagement during one-hour virtual class sessions (Mon or Tue evenings at 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. ET) as assigned.
  • Provide timely feedback, assess student learning, and maintain regular communication with students; align course delivery with program learning outcomes and the College of Business & Economics mission.
  • Participate in a monthly one-hour virtual faculty meeting on Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. ET to support program alignment, student success, assessment, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • A graduate credential in organizational behavior, organizational change, management, leadership, or a closely related field, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
  • Relevant professional experience in leadership, management, organizational development, consulting, human resources, or change management.
  • The ideal candidate will bring strong academic preparation, professional experience, Christian faith, and a commitment to engaging graduate students in practical, applied learning.

Nice to Have

  • A Ph.D. or terminal degree in organizational behavior, organizational leadership, management, organizational development, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Prior graduate teaching experience, especially in online formats, is also preferred.
