About the Role Part-time Faculty, Ophthalmic Assistant in the Clinical & Diagnostic Health Sciences program at Youngstown State University supports student achievement by delivering online and in-person instruction and supervising clinical activities at Lowellville. The role requires providing online instruction and in-person clinicals, with occasional Saturday clinical hours. What You'll Do
- Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success.
- Responds to students in a timely manner.
- Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university-provided tools and resources.
- May be assigned Saturday clinical hours. What We're Looking For
- IJCAHPO certification required.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Experience in ophthalmic clinical practice.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to instruct online and supervise in-person clinicals at the Campbell Health and Community Development Center in Lowellville, Ohio. Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
