Job title: Part-Time Faculty - Accounting/Finance
About the Role Anderson University's College of Business & Economics seeks qualified adjunct faculty to teach graduate-level courses in Accounting, Finance, and related business disciplines online. Courses include one-hour virtual class sessions on Monday or Tuesday evenings (7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time) and integrate Christian biblical values to support thoughtful reflection, ethical decision-making, stewardship, and applied business practice. Adjunct faculty are also expected to participate in a monthly one-hour virtual faculty meeting on Thursday evening (7:00 p.m. Eastern Time) to support program alignment and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Teach assigned graduate courses online, facilitate meaningful student engagement, provide timely feedback, assess student learning, and maintain regular communication with students.
- Align course delivery with program learning outcomes and support the mission of the College of Business & Economics.
- Participate in monthly faculty meetings and contribute to program alignment, student success, assessment, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate credential in organizational behavior, organizational change, management, leadership, or a closely related field, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in leadership, management, organizational development, consulting, human resources, or change management.
- Strong academic preparation, professional experience, Christian faith, and a commitment to engaging graduate students in practical, applied learning.
Nice to Have
- Ph.D. or terminal degree in organizational behavior, organizational leadership, management, organizational development, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Prior graduate teaching experience, especially online formats, is also preferred.
