Part-Time Core Sales Associate

About the Role Part-Time Core Sales Associates are the face of Pandora in-store, delivering a world-class customer experience while surpassing sales goals and engaging fans. As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly with consistent part-time schedules and reliable support for our team and our fans. You’ll share product knowledge to inspire customers to style their jewellery and give voice to people’s loves. What You'll Do

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Share product knowledge to inspire customers to style their jewellery and build brand loyalty.
• Support store operations and merchandising to keep the store running smoothly with consistent cross-trained capabilities across store functions.
• Be an authentic Pandora ambassador who lives the brand values—Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver—and mentor new team members.
• Maintain on-brand standards and help ensure KPIs are met through teamwork and reliable scheduling. What We're Looking For
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated care in communication (written and verbal) and the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Able to charm and captivate an audience and build rapport with customers.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; availability of at least 20 hours per week; base weeks up to 12 hours, peak weeks up to 21 hours (not to exceed 30 hours per week).
• Dependable with regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
• Willingness to cross-train across store functions and show leadership potential.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds as required. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $14.10 – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
