Hidden Talent is hiring on behalf of Davis Jewelers, Louisville's premier family-owned jeweler, for a Part-Time Concierge.

This position works alongside an existing Concierge to provide flexible coverage throughout the month. Rather than a fixed weekly schedule, you'll primarily cover afternoon shifts, select Thursdays, and approximately two Saturdays each month.

Schedule
This is a part-time, flexible coverage position.
Typical coverage includes:
Afternoon shifts Monday–Friday (generally beginning around noon)
Two varying Thursdays per month
Approximately two Saturdays per month
The schedule varies from month to month and is provided in advance.
What You'll Do

Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism

Create an exceptional first impression for clients visiting the showroom

Offer refreshments and assist guests while they wait

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Maintain a polished and organized reception area

Assist with light administrative and clerical tasks

Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Support the sales team by providing outstanding hospitality throughout each guest's visit

Medical Reception
Administrative Support
Restaurant Host/Hostess
Client Relations
Luxury hospitality or high-end retail experience is a plus but not required.
