Job title: Part-Time Barista
About the Role The Part-Time Barista at Live Nation will provide exceptional hospitality, quality beverages and products in a welcoming coffee bar environment. The role requires knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee, tea and drinks, with a focus on delivering a perfect cup and positive customer experience. This position supports setup, teardown, inventory, and menu innovation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards.
- Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the coffee bar.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work.
- Contribute creative ideas for new menu items, drink art, unique beverage presentations, and seasonal specialty offerings.
- Participate in local product sourcing and collaborate with the team to enhance our coffee bar’s offerings.
- Always adhere to proper safety guidelines.
- Assist with a variety of duties and tasks as directed.
What We're Looking For
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Prior barista or bartending experience preferred.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working a flexible schedule when needed.
- 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to deliver exceptional hospitality in a personal and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness.
- Reliable and consistent.
- Professional behavior and appearance at all times.
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, carry and/or move objects up to 30 pounds.
- Maintain professionalism while creating a welcoming environment for the artist, guests, family, crew, etc.
