About the Role Part-Time Appointment Generators represent Renewal by Andersen at community events (fairs, festivals, farmers markets, and retail locations) to engage attendees, understand their needs, and schedule free in-home consultations. This frontline, people-focused role emphasizes brand representation, lead generation, and ongoing support from a dedicated manager. What You'll Do
- Approach and talk with attendees in a friendly, natural way to engage them.
- Share product knowledge and ask thoughtful questions to understand window and door needs.
- Invite interested homeowners to enter giveaways and learn more to generate leads.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen and confidently share information about products and services.
- Schedule free in-home consultations with our Sales team.
- Help set up and break down event displays (lifting up to 30 lbs.).
- Stay on your feet, talk to people, and represent the brand throughout your shift. What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required — comfort talking with people is key.
- Weekends required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and reliable mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for event setup. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
