About the Role The Part Time Adventure Trip Leader will support student wellness by leading groups of students on outdoor trips and activities, both on and off campus. This on-campus, weekend-focused role requires regular in-person presence and a commitment to safety, peer leadership, and creating meaningful experiences for fellow students.
What You'll Do
- Trip Management: Check attendees onto the bus, verify registrations and paperwork (waivers, contact info) prior to departure.
- Participant Engagement: Actively engage with participants to foster community and an inclusive, energetic environment.
- Leadership & Safety: Lead trip activities as needed, monitor participant well-being, follow risk management protocols, and enforce safety guidelines.
