Parking - Seasonal, Gilford, NH
The Parking Department has two categories: Parking Pass Scanner and Parking Lot Attendant. BNHP is looking for friendly, self-motivated staff members who enjoy working around people in a fast-paced outdoor environment and come to work with a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Parking Pass Scanner (PSCAN)
- Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist guests with locating their pre-paid parking ticket on a range of smartphones - Familiarity/comfort with technology such as smartphones a must
- Direct arriving guest vehicles to the lot that matches what the guest has purchased in an organized, efficient, and welcoming manner.
- Work closely with the BNHP Box Office/Backstage Staff when a parking verification is needed
- Process pre-paid parking tickets through a ParkHub device
- Process new sales by credit card, Apple pay, or cash; ensuring that all information is entered correctly – cash handling exper
