Job title: Parking Attendant
About the Role Live Nation is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant for the West Palm Beach venue (iThink Financial Amphitheatre). The role involves parking vehicles or issuing tickets, greeting guests, and supporting safety and sustainability initiatives to ensure a smooth guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
- Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and theft of vehicles or property.
- Greet guests and provide courteous, friendly service.
- Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests.
- Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
- Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program (e.g., sorting waste, recycling) and educating fans about efforts.
- Coordinate with fellow team members to close the venue after shows (collect recyclables from lawn/reserved sections, store event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricades).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.
What We're Looking For
- One year of previous guest service experience preferred, with the ability to provide courteous, friendly, efficient service.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to express oneself in a professional, clear, concise fashion.
- Ability to stand or walk constantly with occasional sitting.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Valid driver’s license with no moving violations or traffic citations in the past 5 years.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience as a Valet Parking Attendant/Driver preferred.
