Parking Attendant

Parking Attendants will direct motorists to parking areas and spaces safely and efficiently, keep parking areas clean to maximize space usage, and assist guests with clear directions at Coastal Credit Union Music Park in Raleigh, NC. This role requires lifting or placing barricades and outdoor duties, with a focus on friendly, helpful service.

What You'll Do

• Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces safely and efficiently, using hand signals or flashlights.
• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
• Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
• Show CARE by greeting guests with a friendly attitude and providing clear directions as needed.
• Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Previous guest service experience is preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise fashion.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• A high school diploma/GED is preferred.
• Position requires constant walking and occasional sitting.
• Ability to perform duties in adverse weather such as heat, rain, or cold.

Nice to Have

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
